The groundwork for successful, sustainable improvements was preceded by the “aha” moment of having identified key barriers between the human resources (HR) function and its purpose.
When leadership hinders communication with reluctance to adopt new, unproven, or transitional models and is restricted by relying on legacy processes and the “that’s how we’ve always done it” mentality, it severely undermines clarity in departmental accountabilities. This approach to addressing employee relations scenarios can result in interpretation gaps and increasing unclear roles and responsibilities. If an employee lacks the knowledge base to properly pose a question, the question may be misdirected to a department outside the scope or the employee may opt to not ask a question at all, which may bring about current and former employees feeling dismissed or unheard and undermines trust and transparency leaving a lingering sense of frustration.
Determined to be a pathfinder and innovator to solve HR challenges, a pivot in strategy was launched by founder Simone McClellan, PHR, SHRM-CP, as Tritrix HR Solutions.
Tritrix HR Solutions is a California-based, USA, entity providing external HR consulting services for individuals and small businesses throughout California using, in part, experiential advice on human resource management scenarios. We are dedicated to applying ethical and professional work product to project deliverables while staying true to our core values of courtesy, agility, and collaboration. As a solutions-inspired service, we promote an ideas-to-action, advice-to-solutions perspective to influence people intelligence and clarity of intent, rather than alter physical goods through manufacturing or extracting raw materials.
For over a decade, Tritrix HR Solutions has focused on how to navigate the ambiguity of the space in between the “we are here, but we want to be there” mindset. In the journey to get from here to there, employers toil with the administration of the "rabbit hole" concept of labor issues, the seemingly endless twists and turns of human resources compliance and people engagement throughout the employee life cycle, while concurrently improving the balance sheet and producing statistics and data but over and over again not having the time to accurately audit the numerous tiers of human resources and people services. Thus, our solutions framework is a means for our clients to procure more time to pursue their own company’s foundational statements of mission, vision, and core values.
